For damaged or defective items: Report any damage or defectiveness within 7 days of shipment arrival. We will replace or refund the full cost of item when replacement is unavailable. To get a replacement. For other reasons please contact us to get a return authorization, restocking fees applied.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

As soon as we receive an order via fax, email or telephone, we will process the order within 2 days. Item will be shipped within 2 business days via DHL or Fedex GROUND (approx. 2-5 business days within 48 states). A  tracking  number will be provided after we ship out the item. All shipments are FULLY INSURED and We take care of all the claims hassles.  Oversized items may be shipped by Freight, it's recommended to use a business address for freight shipment to save time and money. We will also ship to anywhere in the WORLD via Ocean Freight or Air Freight, please use our contact us form for an exact quote.

If the buyer is in Alaska or Hawaii, or any other part of the world, please use  our contact us  form for the exact shipping.

Packing: All models are securely pack with foam sheets, peanuts or bubble wraps. Most of the items are shipped double boxes. All tall ships expert level are fully assembled and packed in an extremely secure wooden crate which is boxed and sometimes double box.

Please also note that the USA  shipping rates are flat fee rates.
